ORA-600[KGL-heap-size-exceeded]

Hi,

Yesterday i applied july2019 month cpu patch in 12c release2 db(PBD) and patch is not applied correctly.the PDB(db) goes to RESTRICTED mode. I checked the alert log below error will came.

error(ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [KGL-heap-size-exceeded], [0x0D03BA610], [2], [524288032], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [])

please guide solve this error.
