ORA-48316 relation [IPS_PACKAGE_FILE] unavailable or cannot be created
Hallo!Ihad shut down an Oracle Database 11.2.0.1 running on Windows Server 2008 and when I restarted it I got the error below
ORA-48316: relation [IPS_PACKAGE_FILE] unavailable or cannot be created
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [dbgrmblgp_get_page_1], [0],
[281281870], [255], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-48209: Relation Already Exists
ORA-48122: error with opening the ADR block file
[c:\oracle\diag\rdbms\amldb\amldb\metadata\IPS_PACKAGE_FILE.ams] [0]
ORA-48126: attempting to create a file that already exists
How do I solve this?
