ORA-47500: XE edition memory parameter invalid or not specified

Hello,

Oracle 11g XE is installed on our Centos 6x linux server

1) Its become auto shutdown and throwing this error: ORA-47500: XE edition memory parameter invalid or not specified

2) I use startup pfile=/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/xe/config/scripts/init.ora to restart again every time

# echo $PATH

/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/xe/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/opt/jre1.7.0_45/bin:/opt/jre1.7.0_45/jre/bin:/root/bin

Please advise
