ORA-39071: Value for NAME_EXPR is badly formed

I am using the import wizard to import a database from a vendor who used to host an application for me. Attached is the export log file (export.pdf), a screenshot of the error and the PL/SQL that is being generated by the import wizard. I am running v12.2 under Windows. I am using SYSTEM dba and was wondering if I should be creating a new user just for importing. Thanks in advance for any
