ORA-32028: Syslog facility or level not recognized

Hello anybody

I have this error and ORACLE no startup , I found
1. Start the database with the pfile where the AUDIT_SYSLOG_LEVEL is not present.
2. Recreate the spfile from pfile
3. Shutdown the database
4. Restart the database with the new spfile
ma in $ORACLE/dbs i have not a PFILE onlu an init.ora

can I create spfile from it?

Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0
on linux server
