ORA-31202: DBMS_LDAP: LDAP client/server error: SSL handshake failed

Hi !

My environment is Oracle XE 11g + APEX 18.2 on Windows Server 2012.

I try to connect to LDAP server using SSL. I configured the wallet and I tried both APEX_LDAP.AUTHENTICATE and DBMS_LDAP.open_ssl.

Both procedures return : ORA-31202: DBMS_LDAP: LDAP client/server error: SSL handshake failed.

Could you please help me ?
