ORA-31202: DBMS_LDAP: LDAP client/server error: Insufficient access

Hi..

I am getting below message while calling a function which uses SYS.DBMS_LDAP from the query where I am using binding variable..can anybody help me out solving this issue?
"ORA-31202: DBMS_LDAP: LDAP client/server error: Insufficient access"
