ORA-30683 Error in Executing Debug Function

Hello, Good day. I have a PC in Japan that is connected to my server in the Philippines. Debugging packages in my Japan PC to my Philippines server always shows this error.


SMARTDEV is my server in the Philippines.
What could be possible reasons for this?
