ORA-30511: invalid DDL operation in system triggers

Hi,

I am calling a procedure in a Trigger.

In that Procedure EXECUTE IMMEDIATE is used to CREATE a table.

But when The Trigger is firing its giving Error as :ORA-30511: invalid DDL operation in system triggers

Kindly any help will be needful for me
