ORA-29900 Operator binding does not exist?
Can anyone elaborate on this error message? We are doing a simple update via pl/sql and keep getting this message in our sql tuning advisor and it seems to be hung when this occurs. I was just tryin to see if somebody had a more detailed description of what might be going on when getting this error message. Any help is appreciated!!
