ORA-29875: failed in the execution of the ODCIINDEXINSERT routine

Hello every body
When a new record is entered in the table, following error is occured.

ORA-29875: failed in the execution of the ODCIINDEXINSERT routine
ORA-01536: space quota exceeded for tablespace 'DRSYS'

What is the solution plz. Oracle8 with windows2000.
How ODCIINDEXINSERT routine can be accessed?
I have increased the quota size of user on 'DRSYS' for the remedy of above-mentioned second error but what about the first error?

Any suggestion please?
