Hello,
I was experiencing error ORA-29532 while upgrading from Oracle 10.2.0.4 to Oracle 10.2.0.5.
I've apply patch 10.2.0.5, followed all steps mentioned on the document and finally upgrade database to this release with DBUA. (I did this on testing database)
The Operating System is AIX 5.2.

In the middle of progress, I found so many ORA-29532 and Ignore it until Summary Result of upgrade.
This is the part I concerned in summary log.

Enterprise Manager Configuration.
Error ignored: Could not complete the Enterprise Manager configuration. Enterprise manager configuration failed due to the following error - Error upgrading EM configuration to the latest version. Refer to the log file at /oracle/app/product/10.2.0/cfgtoollogs/dbua/ITC/upgrade7/emConfig.log for more details. You can retry configuring this database with Enterprise Manager later by manually running /oracle/app/product/10.2.0/bin/emca script.

Then I successful login to EM, but error appears on the top of page. The error is:
"java.lang.Exception: IOException in sending Request :: A remote host refused an attempted connect operation."

Basicly, the upgrade was successful and EM seems normally running on system, but I'm worried something happen in the future because I ignored this kind of error while upgrade process.

Why that error happen in upgrade process ?
And what should I do to overcome this situation ?
Please advice..
