Oracle Database Discussions

Hi,

I am getting this error when my procedure is trying to remove file ,
I have create directory in oracle using create directory .....and given read
,write rights to this directory ....i am able to read file in the directory
but not delete the file ....

can you tell me what can be the issue...

oracle directory is pointing to director on system other than oracle database.
