Hi,

I'm intermittently hitting

ORA-29278: SMTP transient error: 421 Service not available

DB Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bi

Please let me know if additional information is required.

Any insights would be appreciated.
