Hi All,
When I run the following command from SQL Plus: exec procedure_name('localhost', '25'), I get the following error message: "ORA-29278: SMTP transient error: 421 Service not available."
A connection between DB server and SMTP server is established but still give the above error message. There is also no firewall on DB server.
i am not identifying, what's the problem?
