SQL & PL/SQL

Hey guys!

Im running into a problem im sure to have fixed before, but for some reason im not able to get past it with this new web service im trying to implement. The UTL_HTTP package actually works for another webservice I send messages out to, but its not working for the current one im trying to write. I've downloaded and imported the trusted certificate into the wallet manager, and im using the same package to send the XML message out. This is a new install of the database (new computer) so are there any settings im missing??

PS. I went and looked at every post for this particular error message. Please don't suggest a link on this forum - ive done my research already ;)
