ORA-28595 Extproc agent : Invalid DLL Path ORA-06512

Hi ,
We are having one plsql program which is trying to execute one procedure and throws

STOREDPROCERR ADDRESIZETABLESPACE - ORA-28595: Extproc agent : Invalid DLL Path ORA-06512 .

This error occurs after databse bounce has been done.

could anyone please suggest on this
