ORA-28575: unable to open RPC connection to external procedure agent

Hi,

DB:11.2.0.1 RAC ASM
OS:HP-UX SPARC(64-bit)

We have migrated our setup from 11gR1 RAC to 11gR2 RAC.
We are facing issues in external procedure. When we try to run 'c' program ,we are facing errors like

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-28575: unable to open RPC connection to external procedure agent
ORA-06512: at "SDBA.ADSCLIENTFUN", line 1
ORA-06512: at "SDBA.SDBAEMP", line 37
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'SDBA.SDBAEMP'

Can anyone help me to get ride of this error , If you have encountered before, since my client is asking in this error?
