ORA-28545 : error diagnosed by Net8 when connecting to an agent

Dear Experts,

Kindly note that I have created a dblink between oracle ebs database 11g with MS SQL Server 2008.

When i have connected the oracle database and tried to query I am getting the below error.

ORA-28545 : error diagnosed by Net8 when connecting to an agent
Unable to retrieve text of NETWORK/NCR messaage 65535
ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from DG40DBC

Please advise.
