ORA-28362 - MASTER KEY NOT FOUND

Hi,

I have issue with wallet. There are 2 instances, and the wallet were opened correctly during the startup with Auto Login. But suddenly, the wallet gets closed and not able to access data. When we restart the wallet, it works, then after some time, it gets closed again. I am not sure whether it is getting closed, but master key not found error is thrown.

How is this happening? is there any way to trace this out?
