ORA-28115: policy with check option violation

When i executed the procedure
i got the error
ORA-28115: policy with check option violation

where the procedure contains insert statements to another tables and selecting data from another schema..

But i didn't know how to resolve that .. i checked in google but of no use..

Could you help me please ..
