ORA-28030 while use dblink

Hi,

I try to access table in another database via dblink in HTML DB. But I see this error on the screen:
ORA-28030: Server encountered problems accessing LDAP directory service

I can access table in another database via dblink from sqlplus comand prompt. So, dblink works properly.

The question is what else I need to configure in order to access remote table in HTML DB?

I have the following environment:
1. Local and remote Oracle DB 9.2.0.5.0
2. Local HTML DB 1.5.0.00.33.
