ORA -28003 and ORA-20003

Hi!!
i am trying 2 create a new user as below

SQL>create user messi
2> identified by 26-nov-1987
3> default tablespace tbs
4> temporary tablespace temp
5> quota 15m on tbs
6> password expire;

Errors:-
oRA-28003 password verification for the specified password failed
ORA-20003 password should contain one digit, one alphabet and one punctuation.

How to resolve it??
