Database Software

Hi All,
When ever i am calling the below from a procedure i am getting the error,ORA-27475: "DBREPORT.GATEKEEPER_JOB" must be a job.
I am getting this error in first drop box it self in(DBMS_SCHEDULER.DROP_JOB ).
Please help.
