ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: Not owner

Hi,
I am new in oracle. I am testing an application which is using the oracle DB. This application is scheduling jobs which should run and load data from the network. Unfortunatelly, none of the jobs is running succesfullly. The status is always failed, and I have no traces created. The error is the following:

ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: Not owner STANDARD_ERROR="/elena/scripts/runGL.sh[19]: chmod: not found touch: /data/trace/GL_OUTPUT_4_2 cannot create chmod: WARNING: can't access /data/trace/GL"

Could you please help me out?
