We have EBS 12.0.6 on 10.2.0.5 DB(Sun Solaris SPARC 64 bit). Today i got below error in our alert log. Not sure how to proceed.

Recently we have upgraded our DB from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.5 because of ORA-600. Now this is the first time we have got above error.
Please advice.
