ORA-27302

Hello

I am using oracle 10gR2 RAC on AIX 5. Few hours after starting my databse i got the bellow message multiplie time:

Errors in file /usr/dbtrace/admin/FCCEBG/udump/fccebg2_ora_5661212.trc:
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:invalid_process failed with status: 0
ORA-27301: OS failure message: Error 0
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgpstime3
ORA-27144: attempt to kill process failed
