ORA-27300 / ORA-27301 / ORA-27302

Dear all,

I have AIX 5.3 and installed Oracle 10.2. Created two databases. db1 and db2
Applied patch 10.2.0.4

When I start db1 it starts fine but when I start db2 I see the Ora-27300 error in the alert log.

Please help.
