ORA-27191: sbtinfo2 returned error

Hi

I had a some sripts on server which executes ti generate the backup to server. Unfortunately those backup failed on some servers showing error:

validation succeeded for archived log
archive log filename=/dumps/oraback/rcattest/RCATTEST/archivelog/2011_04_06/o1_mf_1_662_6stbhjwr_.arc recid=609 stamp=747788721

specification does not match any archive log in the recovery catalog

When I searched in the internet i found out that its an synchronizing error with the Tape. But i am not quite sure. If thats the issue how i will synchronize. I dont have much idea about tape. All those dealings are done by Senior DBA who are not available now. Kindly suggest a solution.
