ORA-27125 unable to create shared memory segment

Hi,

I am trying to install 10.2.0.1 on OEL 5.6 x86-64 server.

While running dbca, it is failed with ORA-27125 error.

Previously i installed 11g db on the same server successfully.

What is the issue?
