ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment

Hi everybody

I install oracle 9.2.0.6 on HP Unix and when I'm trying to startup a session with nomount I got this errors
ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment
HPUX-ia64 Error: 1: Not owner

can you help me please.
