ORA-27123 unable 2 attach shared memory segment (Linux)

Hi all
my oracle 10 installation runs fine almost until the end. Starting the EnterpriseManagerConfigurationAssistent i got that Error. After finishing the installation i tried to call it manually, but i got the same error again. Even when i call the dbca i get that error( ..again and again and....;(

any idea anyone?
