ORA-27102 Error During use DBCA create database

Hello everyone,

I am trying to install 11g on Windows Server 2008.the software have install success.and I tried running DBCA to create a DB.However, it failed exactly at the same point as before - the progress shown was 2% .

My OS memory is 16G and the OS version is 64,the Oracle software is 11g R2 Microsoft Windows (x64)
