ORA-27101 error: shared memory realm does not exist

I have issues with my Oracle XE 10g database. I was using this Oracle XE database for my primavera application . All of a sudden, i was not able to login to application. The error "ORA-27101 error:shared memory realm does not exist" appeared when i tried to login. Using command prompt, i also tried logging into to Oracle XE, but the same error came out.

My oracle XE service and instance both are up and running. I even tried to restarting the instance and service, still the problem exist.

Need experts help on this. Thanks in advance.
