ORA 27100- Shared memory realm already exists.

I 'm creating a database through command.
After creating a serive when we use.

Startup nomount pfile=c:\oracle\admin\.....\initDB.ora

I got the error
ORA 27100- Shared memory realm already exists.

Can anybody help me why this error occur? and how i can solve it ?
I'm creating a database at Oracle databasebase server 8i.
