ORA-27100: shared memory realm already exists

Hello,

I want to start my database but I get
ORA-27100: shared memory realm already exists
If I try to shut it down
I get another ORA with "shared memory realm not exists"
I use WindowsXP, I restarted all the oracle services and even restarted the whole system but it didn't help.
