ORA-27100: shared memory realm already exists

what's the fix , can't start db?

SQL> connect sys/******* as sysdba;
Connected to an idle instance.
SQL> startup;
ORA-27100: shared memory realm already exists
SQL> startup pfile='C:\Oracle\admin\clin\pfile\init.ora.226201215818'
ORA-27100: shared memory realm already exists
SQL>
