ORA-27091, ORA-27072

Hi guys:

We are having the following problem (Oracle 9.2.0.8 and AIX 5.3 Level 10)

ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 9 (block # 328937)
ORA-01110: data file 9: '/xxx/xxx/xxxx.dbf'
ORA-27091: skgfqio: unable to queue I/O
ORA-27072: skgfdisp: I/O error
IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 5: I/O error

We have already applied the solution to a bug I found in metalink (559697.1), we increased maxreqs to 16384 and reboteed machine and DB, the problem keeps raising.

There is no error in alert.log
No error in errpt
No errors in disk storage

The dbf is in raw format

Any ideas guys?
