ORA-27061: waiting for async I/Os failed.

Hi Gurus,

We are facing ORA_27061 error on ASM in ASM trace files. All the LUN's are running fine from storage end. Multipath -ll output is also good. Any help is highly appreciated. We have already raised case with ORACLE for the same. This is happening only from Node 1. No errors are generated in Node 2.

Environment is 11gR2, RAC - with ASM.
