ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status

Hi oracle enthusiasts,

It is my first installation of oracle, and I have those errors messages in the alert_XE.log file:

ORA-00202: control file: '/usr/lib/oracle/xe/oradata/XE/control.dbf'
ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status

And the status of the database is "blocked"...

I am running Suse 12.1 and oracle 10.2 Express.

What I did wrong?
