ORA-25408: can not safely replay call

Hello Every body,

I am encountering ORA-25408: can not safely replay call in the middle of long running process while no node failure has happened.

am running oracle RAC 11g (11.2.0.3) on RHEL 6.9 64 Bit.

the client is on RHEL 5.6 64 Bit, TNS - Oracle Client 11g (11.2.0.3).

Please help.
