ORA-25156: old style outer join (+) cannot be used with ANSI joins

We have upgraded ODI from 12.1.2 to 12.2.1 recently. When running Mappings, we are getting error ORA-25156: old style outer join cannot be used with ANSI joins in ODI 12.2.1 version.

We tried SQL settings in topology based on some suggestions given in this forum but the issue is not resolved.

Can somebody give any suggestions as how this can be resolved without changing code in the sql joins ?

We don't have this issue in the previous version (12.1.2)
