ora-25150 error when installation 10g and upgrading 9i database

Hi

I am in process of installation of oracle 10g rel2 and i want to upgrade database 9i to 10g

I am getting oracle error ora-25150

the db upgrade assistant is notifying that system rollback segment of x KB is needed.

when i click on continue button to increase current value of 1KB storage attribute of rbck segment to 2 i am getting above error

please can u help me what is the problem
