ORA-25150: ALTERING of extent parameters not permitted

Hi All,
I'm using oracle 10.2.0.4.0 and OWM 10.2.0.4.3.

While executing the below query i'm getting the error: 
ALTER TABLE TEST_AN STORAGE (next 64K)

ORA-25150: ALTERING of extent parameters not permitted
Current next extent for the table is 128K.

While exeuting below query also I got the same error (while increasing the next extent): 
ALTER TABLE TEST_AN STORAGE (next 256K)
According to metalink id 457182.1, this was fixed in the 10.2.0.4.1 version of Workspace Manager.

Please suggest how to execute the above query.
