ORA-24817: Unable to allocate the given chunk for current lob operation

When a clob column is read this error comes up.

I saw a forum about this, but I did the steps posted on that one, and do not solve our issue.

We are trying to read a 15 MB data.

So please do any have a problem like this before, and how was solve.
