ORA-24756: transaction does not exist

Hi Guys,

DB Version: 10.2.0.5.

Can advise on the error message "ORA-24756: transaction does not exist"?
I believe reco process not able to clear the in-doubt transaction "30.24.90819" due to this.
I have manually cleared it from the 2pc tables. However will wish to find out why doesn't reco clear it.
