ORA-24381: error(s) in array DML - Reasons

Hi all,

Do you know when we could recieve this exceptions?
I found one case - if we deal with FORALL and sparse collection.

Any other cases?

PS: We are talking for Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - 64bit
