ORA-24338:statement handle not executed

Hi All,

For the attached stored Proc - I am getting the following error:

ORA-24338:statement handle not executed
(Database Vendor Code: 24338)

Any ideas why? What can be done to solve this? Any help is appreciated..

I cannot attach the stored proc as it is too big and there is no option for attachment..
