ORA-24338: running procedure in Oracle on Linux, but OK on Windows???

Hi All,

when I attempt to run a procedure installed on an Oracle DB running on RH6.5 LInux, i get the

ORA-24338: statement handle not executed.

It works fine on an Oracle on Windows installation !!!!
what could be different in the two environments that is causing the problem?
