ORA-24334: no descriptor for this position

"ORA-24334: no descriptor for this position"
I am getting this error from an ETL tool that I use.
The SQL that I use in that is some select statement with some where class for a lookup purpose.
If I run the similar query in TOAD, I could some result.

May I know what is this error referring to and what descriptor I should look for?
